This one is also pretty cool, it is about the longest immersed tunnel that is currently being built between Denmark and Germany, Fehmarnbelt Tunnel (they invented new ways of pouring concrete for this one !!!!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QiYvXKQksgI
BOOK
Building the Sustainable Web
I have a lot to say on this topic so I co-autored a book about it. In a nutshell, it is a theory from Web Sustainability Guidelines, told in my words with a significant amount of war stories from over a decade in web development.
There are mentions of Pokémon, Marie Kondo, Gringotts and many more things you would probably not expect to run into in a book on Web Sustainability :).
Newsletter comming up ...
So many more stories and ideas to share. And life keeps lifing. If you would like to know more about W3C work and how to get involved, engineering the web and your career, you can leave your email below and now that my husbands collar bone is healing, I will finally press send on some of those.
I also have a 20% discount code for buying the book directly off Apress, and I am happy to send it over.
